Thank you to our Banquet Attendees
A crowd of over 200 people gathered on the rainy evening of March 6th in Scottsdale, to support Arizona Right to Life and to honor the lives and legacies of doctors Carolyn Gerster and Michael Rock, both Phoenix-area Physicians who have served in defense of life for decades. Throughout the evening, participants enjoyed presentations from Congresswoman Michele Bachmann and Congressman Trent Franks (both via video), Teens4Life President Mary Patterson, County Attorney Andy Thomas, and Congressional District 5 Candidate David Schweikert. Through the generosity of the attendees and that of those who sent gifts in their absence, this 6th Annual Benefit Banquet was our most successful in our history.
The funds we received that night will be used to continue our life-saving efforts around the community, many of which we offer at little to no cost, thanks to your support. If you were not able to attend that night and would like to give, you may do so below using Paypal. Though we were blessed immensely that evening (and continue to be so daily), every dollar we receive caries us toward one more life that may be saved.
Also, if you were unable to attend, you missed a terrific video presentation by Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, who was originally invited as our keynote speaker but whose schedule prevented her from attending. Our 2009 Conference was heralded by keynote speaker Joseph Scheidler as “one of the most upbeat programs I have ever attended or taken part in.” While last year’s conference was a hard act to follow, we are bound and determined to outdo ourselves, so mark your calendar now and check back often for more details!
