Volunteer School Course

There will be a volunteer class in October and November each year. The Volunteer School provides time from December through June to implement your own projects. Everyone who wants to increase their personal and professional potential has an interest in this event.

Through informal training and social projects, the organizers promise volunteers experience in acquiring practical skills.

What will the participants get? They will know: who is a volunteer; what opportunities volunteer activity opens; how to join international volunteer programs; techniques of dialog; methods of working with aggression; methods of conflict resolution; methods of psychological self-defense; tools of work with various target groups; how governmental and non-governmental organizations work; basics of project management. Participants will learn: to dialog; to diagnose and solve conflicts at early stages; to use facilitation methods with different target groups; to organize and conduct social events and actions; to work with documentation (application form, motivation letters) to develop and implement their own projects.

The experience gained can be noted in the resume, which is highly appreciated by educational institutions and various prospective companies. It is also an extension of the circle of communication and professional connections. At the end of the School a certificate and a personal volunteer booklet are issued.

Registration deposit is $500.
